| Quality & Testing | 100% Point-to-Point FAT Continuity Verification & Video Test Report |
The client required a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant outdoor power and control center for a municipal wastewater pumping station in Georgia. The enclosure was engineered to endure continuous exposure to outdoor humidity, harsh weather conditions, and corrosive airborne elements while ensuring 24/7 power reliability.
Enclosure Integrity: Built with Grade 304 stainless steel rated for NEMA 4X / IP66 protection, featuring seamless polyurethane foam-in-place environmental sealing gaskets.
Dual-Source Power Control: Integrated automatic transfer switch (ATS) alongside multi-tier molded case circuit breakers (MCCB) for redundant pump protection.
Thermal Management: Engineered forced-ventilation louver system with hydrophobic filter elements to prevent internal moisture accumulation.
Prior to export crating, the unit passed 100% point-to-point wiring continuity verification, high-voltage dielectric insulation testing, and waterproof enclosure pressure validation. Complete FAT test reports and video documentation were delivered directly to the project engineers.
